Important information:

• Support for Windows XP has been dropped, since the newest functions for the lists stored in %localappdata% are not supported by XP itself.

• The Black MIDI preset now disables "Chorus" and "Reverb" effects, to increase performances. (It's also useless with common Black MIDI-ready soundfonts like Z-Doc Yamaha Concert Grand and Keppy's Steinway Piano.)
• Updated blacklist system, to automatically prevent MIDI programs from loading the driver on Windows XP systems. (Just in case someone gets around the installer OS checker.)
