In some circumstances if you trash and item, and then run an old sync where the file wasn't trashed agaist the site, the item might be restored but still report itself as 'trashed' in the UI.

This is because an outdated version of the file might not know how to restore the trashed item, ideally, we need to check the relationships to see if there is a deleted relationship we can restore.
