On drop in collection view , collection view stop scrolling

I have DragDropCollectionView which is horizontally scrollable when I try to drop an item from a DragableView holding item to the end of DragDropCollectionView it auto-scrolls all the way to the end and after dropping that item unable to scroll DragDropCollectionView.
i also used DragDropiOS.cancelDragging() but issue is still there.
Scrolling re-works only if I drop one more item
