Attempting to run csvtojson as a CLI command through the Powershell terminal in Visual Studio Code, when I run any of the documentation commands I get: csvtojson : The term 'csvtojson' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

The package has been installed, I can see it in node-modules.

As a total node newbie, can someone guide me as to where I am going wrong?
