Issue Description

What is the role of a factory_test.h/.c (e.g. on K3 Max)? Currently it seems to be enabled by default (via FACTORY_TEST_ENABLE).

factory_test.h/.c implement fn+home+right to test backlight and fn+J+Z to reset all settings(backlight, keymap... ) to default
