[Bug] Bluetooth disconnects since macOS Sonoma 14

Describe the Bug

Since macOS Sonoma I get random Bluetooth disconnects when using my K3 Pro.
I use a 16" MacBook Pro (2021) with an M1 Max.

All Bluetooth devices disconnect although BT is still enabled on the MacBook. I have to disable and enable BT again. Afterwards my BT devices reconnect. This only happens when I use my Keychron keyboard in BT mode so it's clearly related to it.

There is a lengthy thread at the Apple community and interestingly a lot of people report that they use Keychron keyboards.

To date (Sonoma 14.5) Apple didn't manage to fix this issue with any minor update of Sonoma.

Are you aware of this issue and are you ideally in contact with Apple to fix this issue?
Is there anything you can do on your side to mitigate the problem?
