Keypirinha crashes if accessing SMB mounted disks

It happens frequently, that keypirinha crashes if I try to access smb mounted disks. They might be mounted already or they might not yet be mounted. I work via VPN so access might be slow, maybe that's a reason. Keypirinha freezes for a while and then exits OR continues. It is version 2.23. I work with mounted drives quite a bit so this happens frequently and is not hard to reproduce.

What I do is just ALT + SPACE and for example W: and here it freezes.
