Tab sidebar using window unfocused background color on kde plasma

The sidebar uses the color it's supposed to use while the window is not focused, so it doesn't match with the rest of the window when it's focused. When the window is unfocused it matches. The bar should either always use the focused color or change automatically depending on the state
