Who will use this app?

The exec team have done a lot of work discussing who will interact with this project but it isn't yet documented in the repository. So it would be great to curate a list of all the different groups of people we'd like to connect with!

I (@kirstie_jane) will keep updating this first post with any suggestions below.

• Conference organisers
• Women and members of other under-represented groups who would like to develop their skills in collaborative online projects
• Industry professionals who would like to "give back" by donating some of their time and expertise
• Equality and diversity organisations who want to monitor how diverse conferences have been
  the idea here is that conference organisers can upload all speakers to the database (and therefore automatically include the fact that the database member has been an invited speaker) and then we can build records of whether the numbers are changing etc
