以前一直能1080P，现在只能240P了。每天的第一二次可以1080P，只要超过三次，就只能是240P了，太模糊，看不清。

有别的类似heroku这样网站的中文PHP教程吗？

下载iso手机固件什么的能够跑满100M带宽
没用这个看油管，理论上应该是谷歌的代理最快吧
