Describe the bug
Wrong value for Requires in pkgconfig file sdbus-c++.pc

To Reproduce
builds against version 1.4.0 will fail with:

ERROR: Could not generate cargs for sdbus-c++:
Package systemd was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `systemd.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'systemd', required by 'sdbus-c++', not found

Additional context
sdbus-cpp: 1.4.0
OS: flatpak org.kde.Sdk 6.6
