Add toggle to only display bookmarks of the current file

Currently the bookmarks panel displays bookmarks for all data sources (so that users can easily jump to different sources easily).
However there are sometimes sessions where the only thing one does is to jump between bookmarks of the current data source only.

There should be a toggle button in the side panel which toggles between showing bookmarks of all data sources (default on) and showing only those bookmarks of the current data source.
