Add support for kubernetes secrets #47

It would be fantastic if Configuration could support kubernetes secrets:

https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/inject-data-application/distribute-credentials-secure/

In essence it should get the basepath, for a directory where there is one (text) file with the value for each configuration key.
