Custom Named Measurements display but fail to graph

I have a number of Named Measurements that are reported by emitting DartMeasurements to stdout, they are displayed as expected.

However, when selecting them to be graphed there appears to be no data, the time axis show Jan 1st and there is no plotted data. I am attaching a screenshot to show this, but the measurement is a double and as far as I can tell should be OK.

Export as CSV produces a file with the header row only and no data.

Similar issue here for me, but I see that it is working on the public dashboard on open.cdash.org so perhaps it is just a non-obvious configuration issue? I had quite a bit of hassle getting SELinux issues sorted out when first setting up our CDash instance. I still have one case where I get a "You are not authorised" page on another area despite having the required access (and nothing is reported in any server logs to give any hint of what failed). Any movement on this issue would be welcome.
