KBS30-7 - N-alkylation with KBS29 #176
Comments
|
LRMSSM, mono product evident. Some mystery peaks. Mystery 1+ peaks: 602.10, 639.03 618.93 [M+Cs]+ of SM |
Worked up with toluene (3 x 10 mL) and a little DCM, washed with water (30 mL) and brine (30 mL). DCM is an easier solvent to use if multiple washes aren't required (as with DMF) but wanted consistency across these screens. |
LRMSno sign of product. |
LRMS take 2Tiny peak of mono product visible. |
Column detailsNote that the 10% MeOH in DCM is made using ammonia-saturated methanol (~7 M). Expected that the lower spots would be product as with #169 but this wasn't the case. None of the fractions appear to contain any linear amines.
|
LRMS of F10-26Again only signs SM and a tiny amount of mono product. |
