Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Drew thinks it would be useful to be able to separately view on-chain and off-chain retirements on the KlimaData Retirement Trends by Chain page

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a toggle or dropdown that allows the user to select whether to include on-chain, off-chain, or both retirements, with both being the default value
