Redundant mod

Walkie-talkie already works while on terminal. Select walkie-talkie, ensure it's on, get on terminal and use left-click to use walkie-talkie.

The mod helps me in particular because the game doesn't seem to read my left clicks during gameplay, so I need to use LethalRebinding to use a keyboard button instead. If anyone else has the same issue, the mod would help them out as well. Still, that's good to know, I don't think most people know that works.
