Adding power measurement support to Sunricher ZG2835RAC #1376

I've recently bough and assembled a Samotech SM311 that is basically a white-label of the Sunricher ZG2835RAC

When I looked at the instructions I noticed that it specifically says that it supports power measurement, and even shows these clusters:

As I've previously looked into these with my Salus SP600 and Heiman HK2SK, I'm now trying to add support to it as shown here: https://github.com/PedroLamas/zigbee-herdsman-converters/tree/pedrolamas/ZG2835RAC_power_energy

Preliminary results seem to confirm that this works, but I will try and add more here soon.
