Problem on resolve #13813 with update 1.28.0-1

What happened?

After updating zigbee2mqtt version 1.28.0-1 all covers wiich worked correct in version 1.27.2-1 are now in complete mess.
In zigbee2mqtt screen the commands open and closed are inverted and also the positions are inverted. (was correct in earlier version)
The HA commands doesn't activate the covers nor open or closed nor position slider
The HA position is the same is the same as in screen zigbee2mqtt i.e. inverted

What did you expect to happen?

I returned to previous version (1.27.2-1) and after a lot of struggle I have iy back functioning
