Kofax RPA 11.2.0.1 was released with Kofax RPA 11.2.0.0 on July 28, 2021 with the following new features

• "Desktop Robots" are now "Robots".

  • Robots were formally called "Desktop Automation Robots" or "workflows" or "RL2 robots".
  • Basic Engine Robots were formally called "Robots" or "Classic Robots" or "RL1 robots".

• Generate Robot Documentation.
  

• Kofax SignDoc Integration for signing of PDF documents.

• French Localization of Software and Documentation.

• Email Inbox Browsing via IMAP or POP3. Copy/Move/Get/Delete emails.

• Monitoring Peak & Average License Usage (It supports both the current CRU & the legacy KCU license models).

• Monitoring which Websites and Desktop Applications Robots are using.

• Analyze Images and Text with Microsoft, Google and Amazon Cloud services.

• Quality-of-life improvements for Robot Builders.

  • Search for text/labels/variables in Robots and Basic Engine Robots.
    
    
  • Show robots, snippets and types that a robot is dependent on.
    
  • Edit multiple robots at the same time while another robot is running in the debugger.
  • Image Finders now have fuzzy matching sliders
  • Micosoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox on a Windows Desktop can now be used in Robots.
  • Inject Javascript into Microsoft Internet Explorer on a Windows Desktop.
  • Chromium (Embedded Browser) now has creat page step, open in new window.
  • Device Mappings as parameters.
  • Users can create schedules for Kapplets, and legacy schedules can be restored.
  • Kapplets now use the robot queue to start robots.
  • Document Transformation Thin Client Validation uses the robot queue for callback after documents have been validated.
  • Additional component actions (including convert range to table and search) for Built-in Excel
