We create <thumb> tags even though the user didn't want to load thumbs. That's an inconsistency.

The same for movies. For example Alien Covenant (2017) contains 63 thumbs for posters which bloat up the xml for not needed things. Removing the thumbs for certain types (maybe keep them for actors?) would be great.
