Link Movie to TV Show

I asked for this on the old forum, can we link a movie to a related TV show

Well, the problem is: On what data do we decide which movies and TV shows we should link? I'm not aware of a source for this kind of information.

Of course we could search for movies and TV shows that have the same title but that doesn't always work, especially in languages other than English. :)

Hi, I imagined this would be a manual option (for now) and work similar to the movie set i.e.
a field to be able to type in the show name and then populate the <showlink></showlink>
tag in the NFO that Kodi uses.

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't know that Kodi has a tag for that. MediaElch should definitely support this feature if Kodi does. :)
