Preferences | Environment - prepend instead of override

Short Summary

It would be useful to be able to prepend (or append) to environment variables instead of overriding them.

Steps to Reproduce

Edit an environment variable under Preferences | Environment.

Main example is the PATH variable.

Expected results

(preferred more so than expected)

To be able to prepend to the path.

Actual results

PATH is overridden, as per current design. The issue is that any subsequent updates to the system path will be ignored.

Komodo Version 11 & 12 (and earlier)
Operating System: Windows 10 and earlier

Additional Information

Prepending is also consistent with standard Windows environment variable updates for non-admin users.
