Search and match info functions in Kustvakt-full use "availability" field to restrict user access to data according to the corpus data licenses. In some cases, such as the ICC (International Comparable Corpus) instance, the corpus data doesn't contain "availability" field, and access to data should be restricted by login only.

We can enable this by disabling CollectionRewrite and implementing custom resource filter for the search and match info web-services. The resource filter should be configurable via a kustvakt configuration file.
