In node attach mode the connection points markers get overlapped by the part's mesh #121

Doesn't happen to any part (e.g. works fine for Lander Can). Reproducible for Medium Port (attached radially) and Station Hub. It's seems to be renderer queue related as in 1.1 alpha.

In my case the node occlusion by a part's mesh happens to all parts.

You're right. I was playing with non clear vessel, and other parts hide the problem. I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same issue with renderers as was fixed for the pointers.
