Describe the bug
When adding an anchor to a header with [here](#header-name) inside a Markdown file, the reference does not get recognized.
Instead of adding a reference, it prints #header-name inside the generated HTML document.

Is a different syntax required?

Operating system: Linux
Build tool: Gradle v7.0
Dokka version: 1.4.32

No, this syntax looks fine but this feature is not a part of dokka

Tbh it is hard to estimate but probably no sooner than in 2-3 months
