Case-Insensitive search-queries for Postgresql

Postgresql is case-sensitive so searching is very limited or you have search twice.
So the queries should be adjusted.

Hi! Thanks for taking your time to write this issue.

The issue comes from the way databases including MySQL and Postgres store their data. There are indeed "fixes" for making case insensitive searches in Postgres, but I don't want to change any search logic to support special use cases for different databases.
