Add read/write support for common 3D modelling primitives that exists in IFC.

IfcRevolvedAreaSolid
IfcExtrudedAreaSolid
IfcFixedReferenceSweptAreaSolid
IfcSurfaceCurveSweptAreaSolid (maybe this won't be a priority this time around)
