If your servers getting raided, you're going to burn out reaction rate limits faster than .
What I wanted to do, is remove retries to prevent the reaction from showing and save my poor bot from api death.

The best method (opinion) would most likely be to have a toggle or separate setting for the manual retries (the reaction).

Currently, when attempting to set 0 retries (expected result: disabled reaction), it will only tell you, "Oh, you annoy me."
Cute, but what does that mean? Is there an actual limitation? This should clarify what is occurring to prevent confusion for the user.

Thanks

To be honest with you, since the cog was handed over to me, I really haven't had the energy or need to use the cog myself. You know more about these settings and commands than me as a frequent user, so if you feel like you know a fix and could make a PR, go ahead - but otherwise I can't promise you any changes on my end for a long time
