Application blocking access to steamcommunity.com from other apps than whitelisted using Windows' firewall.
- Download sourcecode using "Download ZIP" button and navigate to SteamWall\bin\Debug\
- Edit whitelist.txt to include your own custom apps
- Run SteamWall.exe as an administrator
