IBC relayer need rust ,so if there is any problem about install rust ,please follow this doc rust-lang.org/tools/install.
And https://hermes.informal.systems/installation.html for install ibc relayer.
Use bash ./install.sh to install interchain security.Then Start with bash ./deploy.sh , it will create provider chani and consumer chain with 2 nodes and create IBC relayer at the same time.
