Cursor changes to pointer only while hovering at the mic icon and not the whole button which says "Click here to speak"

Hi, I found an issue related to the "Click here to speak button". When the cursor is hovered at the mic icon, only then it changes to pointer. @Kunal-agrawall Kindly assign this task to me under GSSOC'24 so that I can contribute to enhance the user experience.
