[3.0.X] [J3.4] Install: Convert mootools to Jquery #2667

J3.4 haven't got mootools anymore, so we need to convert to Jquery. Only the installer is the problem on J3.4.

When the installer hangs on preparing. and you go to administrator/index.php?option=com_kunena then the installer is doing his job, without the modal

Michael has said here mootools won't be loaded by default in J!3.4 : https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/joomla-dev-cms/Mm3NATrx1vA
