Unable to change topic title if deleted+reply

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. User Can Delete Own Post = Always
2. Registered user create a new topic
3. Registered user reply the same topic
4. Moderator delete the topic only. (Do not delete the reply)
5. Moderator edit the deleted topic and change the topic title

Expected result

The topic title should be renamed

Actual result

The topic title doesn't change. if you want to change the topic title you must delete the reply.

Kunena version: 5.0
Php version: 7.0.9
Database version: 5.6.31
