Suggestion: Citizens Support for Selling Fish!

I really like the idea of being able to sell fish to fishermen NPC directly as an alternative to signs, but I believe it could be really good to
a)be able to sell fish to a specific Citizens NPC
or
b)be able to sell the fish you're holding via commands (so that I can add that command to a NPC and get the same result)
