In the meantime, please consider factoring anzgeodcat into general GeoDCAT and ANZ specifics and providing the general aspects to the OGC/W3C activity

Yes, will do the above things.

At this stage, there is no indication that there is anything particularly ANZ-specific here, except for the Requirement Interoperability with the Indigenous Data Network’s Catalogue Profile , so I will tag just this one requiremnet as "ANZ-specific" or similar.

(Actually, being conformant with the IDN profile for non ANZ data would mean just being plain DCAT, with roles articulated using the qualified attribution pattern and no ANZ indigenous keywords, so that Requirement poses no problem for non-ANZ data)
