Software Licences

It is my hope for Unison to have individual program licenses for users. This is so we can verify the software, solve specific issues regarding unique issues, and can eliminate the need to store more personal information in the .yml files in the future.

As of this writing, I do not have a good way to add this to Unison nor do I have any experience doing so. If the need arises for licenses, I will program a decent way to create, verify, and distribute user licenses.
