Freeze when entering Striaton City (Tested in B2 with Patch)

When I enter Striaton City after beating the game, my game completely freezes.
It work's with Clean Japanese Version, but after patching it freezes at entering.

I am assuming you are on v2.2? Does anything in particular happen? or the game just freezes immediately after entering the city?

When I run or fly to the city, my game freezes but still plays Music (except for flying, it just is black)

I have no other freezes encountered before.

One of our users did the same thing but got no freeze. How are you playing the game? Emulators, flash card? What version too?

My friend has that problem too, the flashcard in use is the Original 2gb transcend brand R4DS with Wood 1.50 firmware.

I have the same flashcard as my friend and very close to beating Iris, I will try to enter Sanyou city to determine whether its the patch or her usd with patch 2.2, However if Kyohack or other users say that bug has been resolved in version 2.3 of the patch then I will get her to repatch her clean rom immediately and I will keep version 2.2 to determine if the problem is in patch 2.2 or 2.3.
