Operating System: NixOS 16.09
LMMS Version: 1.1.90

Situation:

When reinstalling the application after having run it for the first time (and letting it create a workspace directory) the application will crash on launch.

See the following ticket opened on the NixPkgs repo: NixOS/nixpkgs#21668

Workaround:

Remove the workspace directory before a reinstall.

@sunnystormy I had a similar issue with the latest build. In my case, removing the .lmmsrc.xml fixed it. I think we have a 1.2 bug we just need to get a backtrace from a debug build to find out what the upgrade problem is.

Closing since the upstream bug report is filed. If we can reproduce this backtrace, paste it here and we'll reopen. ❤️
