integrate the firecrown CLI with `emcee` #29

We should be able to call something like

firecrown sample --emcee config.yaml

and get back samples in a (preferably binary) file.

Note it would be good to use the click nested commands for this.

We will also need to decide on how to specify the number of walkers, how to init, etc.

This should use the functions from #28.
