Command abuse before First spawn

People that are unregistered, can type before do the Skin selection to (SPAWN), so they are able to join /race 1, i suspect /house goto too, cant /taxi because the lack of starter money, But still abusable to Bug minigames as Races.

After you press Spawn u go out of the car, with the Race counter still going, and u on foot.
