Allow DOI as reference entry in upload format

Contributors can directly upload a dataset in JSON format using the /api/author/scat-css endpoint. This endpoint expects the references to be a CSL-JSON document. However, such objects can be quite verbose and it would be nice to allow references that are specified solely by a DOI. We can then use citation-js to grab all relevant information (as is the case in the edit form for cross section sets).
