Update set selection interface

The current dataset selection interface is outdated and broken. A new version has to be implemented. It might be nice to use the changes proposed in #587 to build an interface that allows the user to select sets based on the elements involved (e.g. through a periodic table component). Additionally, users should be able to indicate that they only want complete set results.
