About Screen LIbrary.lvlib built with bad file links

Library looks for DCAF About Text.txt, DCAF Banner.png, DCAF.acfg, NI Logo.png in c:\

Marking as minor, unless this is causing build issues or you see an issue in the About dialog on an installed machine.

whoops. Minor is good. It is keeping me from building the config editor into an EXE though. Missing file at build time. Likely not the only issue. It is the first that I hit.

Definitely not the only issue you'll see. Next time I'm in there I'll see if I can repair the links. Also...that about dialog needs some love in general. Ick.
