Odin Support

This branch adds support for elementary 6 Odin and updates the Debian packaging to a recent standard. Since this branch updates the dependencies to the latest Wingpanel and Granite, it's not compatible with Hera.

I've uploaded the resulting package to a PPA:

Thanks, I can not test on Odin for the moment, but you're right, it's not compatible.
But now, your update is no more compatible with Hera ? You think we need two versions ?

@Lafydev Perhaps just maintain a separate odin branch for now. Once Odin is released, you can push the current master to a new hera branch or just merge odin into master.

I would prefer a release-compatible version if possible. I'm sure, some users are still on Loki.
We need to try some tests, perhaps omitting display-name will pass on Hera, and we can use Gtk.Separator and Gtk Model buttons, but forget Granite and make a conditional build for wingpanel.

Cannot get indicators working on latest version of 6.0
Correct me if i'm doing something wrong:

1. clone your PR source repository
2. checkout to odin branch
3. install dependencies, build and install project using readme

UPDATE:
Alright, got it. I had to also install indicator-application package because it was not installed on clear 6.0 system by default

@bluesabre I've preferred a release-compatible version, so branches conflicts don't need to be fixed any more. I'll close this PR, but thank you very much, I've read your blog and I'm glad to work with you again.
@hotsezus The new version is now compatible with Odin and Hera, but I'm sorry, I don't understand from which main repo you are speaking ? Ethan' s ? He's very cool, he 'll help us if he can. Elementary ?

Did not notice that you have already updated your repository to make it compatible with odin, thank you for your work.
And yeah, at this point we don't need this PR
