[1.19.2] Add support for Createmod contraptions #148

Createmod contraptions which have lights on them do not emit dynamic lights.

I noted the version to be 1.19.2 because the Createmod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-fabric) works on that version.

It would be nice to have working dynamic lights for Create contraptions.
In the Forge ecosystem, the Lucent mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/lucent) supports them.
