This PR creates routing for goalprogress and adds the ability for a user to create, read, update, and delete any goal progress items. I also edited the goal progress table to be "goal_progress" instead of goalProgress.
All of the endpoints have been tested with postman, my collection can be found here: https://www.getpostman.com/collections/34fb33863213fbf13ce7
