Zones in which all sprites that are currently inside will play their "legs submerged in water" animations instead of their usual dry land versions.
This was one of the first animation-related things I added to v0. Should be fairly simple to reimplement it, especially since IZ, MZ, etc. are all done and I sorta understand how collision areas work in this game now.
