Hi,
I have a issue with members control panel. Not everyone are able to see "Manage Steam". How to chagne permissions to allow everyone to see "Manage Steam" in members control panel.

Whoops, looks I forgot to update the version in the xml file. Ok then, I presume you are still having your issue? What's the url to forums?

What determines the visibility of "Manage Steam"?

Nothing does, it should just show.
