[FEATURE] In the app drawer search, add an option to always make a web search if we press the enter key

Describe the feature

I think it would be very useful to offer an option that, if enabled, will always trigger a web search if we press enter when using the app drawer search. The user can till tap on an app, contact, setting, etc. if they want to open that.

Why would it be useful to add?

Right now, whenever you use the app drawer search, the behaviour of the enter key is inconsistent and very underutilized:

1. If there's a match within the local contacts, apps, settings, etc., pressing enter will open the closest match.
2. If there's no local match, pressing the enter key does nothing (?).
3. In all cases, an option to perform a web search (using Startpage) is offered, but it can only be triggered by tapping the option manually even when the enter key is not being used.

This behaviour is confusing, as the user doesn't know what the enter key is going to do before finishing typing, which means people will avoid using it. It also means there's no quick way to perform web searches.

I think it would be very useful to offer an option to make this behaviour more consistent:

1. If the user presses the enter key, a web search will always be performed, regardless of there being any matches in the local contacts, apps, settings, etc.
2. The user can still tap any of the proposed suggestions if they want to open those instead.

By making the behaviour consistent and predictable, the user will be able to make quick web searches confidently, without using any third party apps, and without coincidental local matches interfering with the process.
